Barnes & Carruthers had the Free Acts.
Milton Board was the Master of Ceremonies for Sunday & Robert Tuley was the Master of Ceremonies for Monday.
The main speakers were Indiana Lt. Governor-John Watkins and Louis Austin of the UMWA International Office.

Joan Willis, 16 year old of Petersburg. She is the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Edison Willis. Jana Willis was sponsored by the Petersburg, Indiana Jaycees.
