1958 Labor Day Association History
Queen was crowned by Evansville Mayor Vance Hartke who also was the MC for the Pageant.
Burkhart Shows have the Free Acts.
Dues are $1.50 per each member to belong to the Labor Day Association.
The Louis Kearns’s Funster’s Band from Boonville, Indiana will be playing the 3 days for $130.00
John Fread Decorating, did the decorating at the fairgrounds and along the Parade route.
Main speakers were; Indiana 7th District Congressman-William Bray and Dallas Sells-President of Indiana AFL-CIO.
Also P.F. Montgromery & Hugh Dillion both spoke.
